[ooc] Mayfield CR opt-in/opt-out.

This is a list of the people that Hoshi knew while aboard the old space adventure game Transmigration 9. She had a considerable amount of CR, which I will list. For those who don't want her to recognize your character, please lemme know and I'll have her not recognize your character.
